The best part about my compensation package is the equity i have been given in the company, as well as the health insurance.

The ability to foster a hardworking and motivating work environment, while also providing amenities for stress relief and breaks like ping pong, happy hours, and catered lunch.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with, and the ability to represent our product to prospective customers. My job is to essentially be the smartest person in the room, and I enjoy that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our executive team is completely transparent about the state of the company, even backed by numbers. I love that, even though I only joined the company 8 months ago, I've had the ability to interact face to face with my executive team on a number of occasions. I know my CEO personally.
