Transparency, and a real focus and drive for diversity & inclusion, team events, and company wide opportunities to improve skills or broaden your knowledge / mindset.

My team is supportive, available, and they love celebrating wins, big or small! We are all remote, and yet I never feel like I am isolated or alone in my job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation felt fair and was a bump from my last role, so I feel valued. I also love having RSU's and feeling like I have a real stake in the success of the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that the work I'm doing is making an immediate, tangible difference on the bottom line of the company. Also, the fact that we are in a high growth stage and new updates and progress is being made daily!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus on making remote life feel inclusive and that we are all still part of a team and a cohesive unit. Everybody is so authentic and willing to do their part, and then some, to make sure the company thrives.
