It's been a challenge but a good one - I've learned a lot and have become a better recruiter because of it. I am a remote employee so I haven't met anyone in person, but it doesn't feel like it. Really great team around me and proud to work here

Celebrating the small and big wins, embracing mistakes as learning opportunities and not being looked down upon for prioritizing mental health.

My team is the best, and being able to sell KeepTruckin to prospects and candidates. Being excited about my future here

We get along so well and really want to see each other succeed, especially in recruiting- it can be a lot of pressure so we really hold each other up!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is supportive - even though I don't interact with them on a daily basis, I feel cared for due to their transparency during all-hands meetings, etc, feeling very grateful to be at such an amazing company!
