Without exaggeration, it is the best role/company I have had in my 16+ year career. I could see myself retiring here.

Overall, I do believe this is a great place to work. There will always be difficulties and it will never be my favorite place to be. I will always prefer time with family and friends, obviously. But, as far as work goes, there isn't much more I would ask for. Great place to work.
