I'm positive about the outlook of going to work. I do not appreciate commuting 25 minutes to work both ways. This cuts into personal time with family and work life balance.

My overall experience has been one of immense stress and frustration. The recruiter was absolutely dishonest in expectations for the role and everyday going into the Paycom office is a nightmare.
