There are low-low's and high-high's. I enjoy the work I do and know our product can make a huge difference. I am in a department I feel valued in, but that hasn't always been the case. I'm excited for the future but know we have a lot to catch up on in order to keep up with our growth.

I have some great relationships, and genuinely enjoy the work I do.

They are competent and highly motivated individuals who want the company to succeed which then helps me succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a strong effort to engage employees with fun activities and opportunities. I feel the work I do is genuinely important.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Highly motivated team members, who want the best for Paycom and our clients. They motivate me and challenge me to be better. They are great collaborators.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Studies and my personal research have shown that if I left and went elsewhere doing my same job, I would be compensated more. Longevity at Paycom doesn't mean you will be paid fairly. Coming from another company with same experience into the same role here would likely mean I was compensated more.
