Overall, I expect Paycom to be the last place I work. I really enjoy the work I do and the people I work with. The work is challenging and rewarding, and I am compensated well. At the same time, I have the ability to maintain a healthy balance and spend plenty of time with my family.

We are compensated well for the work that we do and the benefits package is competitive.

There is a very generous PTO plan, particularly after you've been with the company for 4 years. Also, the medical and dental benefits are solid.

The people I work with make me most happy. I love the team I work with. I trust them, and we all have each others backs.

Our company is financially stable and growing. My all measurements we have a leadership team that is very capable and making decisions that continue to promote continued growth.

I enjoy coming to the office every day. I work with talented, hard working people who make me better. The culture at Paycom is my favorite part of my job.

I genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. I have a job that I find fulfilling yet challenging. Most of all, I really love the people that I work with.

I enjoy a fast-paced, changing environment. We are constantly trying new things and working to be the best in our industry. The culture here is great for those who want to work hard, grow, and make a big impact.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is spending time with my colleagues and helping others develop in their careers. I also love that I have the support to solve problems creatively. I am energized by having the chance to implement a new idea.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does a great job of upholding company values to help us become the top HCM software company in the world. In addition, the company culture is one where you will be pushed to be your best, you will be well taken care of, and you will build really great friendships!
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is the best team I've ever been a part of. Everyone supports each other and does what it takes to help each other win. We also have a lot of fun outside of work. We spend a lot of time together so we are able to support each other even through things that happen outside of work.
