Great work for the most part but things have popped up through the years that have left a bad taste in a lot of people mouths. From recent leadership decisions to just day to day stuff, might need to step in and address it head on

We have fun, we care about our product, we push to innovate ourselves

I like my direct leaders as they seem to care about me and want the best not only for the team but for myself as well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not paid the industry standard and heard even new hires are making more than me that has been here for years...not a good look
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Think that is just work, also if everybody else was bought in it would help but other team members that are not bring down everyone else.
