The support provided at every single level in the company. My goals matter not only to me, but my leaders and peers. Feedback and new ideas are always welcomed and encouraged!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the work and responsibility that I have, I feel that being compensated at a higher and more equitable rate as my peers would improve how I feel when it comes to compensation.
