I came in not having a firm grasp on everything that goes into HR and HCM. Everyone is so helpful getting you and has your best interest at heart. We really cultivate a great culture where you're relying on different types of people. I've made it my own and feel so successful at what I do.

We are a close-knit group that has each others back. When one of us wins, we feel as though we all win; across the L&D Department.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The "we" mentality; to be able to share in each other's joys and be there for each other when times are stressful. We really help each other out a lot.
What makes you most happy at work?
Impacting the lives of the Learners I train and getting to know all different walks of life. I, too, am an avid learner and constantly try to push myself everyday. Paycom is the perfect place to do that!
