My experience was awesome! Coming in as an intern, I thought that I would get bottom of the barrel work, if any at all. My team at Paycom took me in and believed in me from the jump, and I got assigned lots of awesome projects that allowed me to get real world design experience.

They are helpful, uplifting, and motivating. I love how everyone always strives to be the best and push their creative boundaries.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely helpful, and I can see that they hold themselves accountable just as much as they do to us! It's refreshing to see leadership care for the team and themselves.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Paycom has a very healthy culture, and they prioritize work-life balance. Your leaders don't sit and stare at you while you work, but instead it is a very comfortable environment. Before Paycom, I was very scared of corporate culture, however Paycom felt like a breath of fresh air.
