My first year I loved working here especially in my department. As leadership in the department has steadily changed the moral and attitude of the department has plunged and can be very negative. I enjoy what I do and would love to learn more, but the surrounding environment can make it difficult.

Work besties, and the mentorship program.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love data entry, research and coming up with ideas.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My TL doing the best he can, love the mentorship program and the presentations from leaders. The approachability of some of the leaders at my location.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think additional projects outside of the scope of the position, willingness to join available projects, creating and owning projects, and productivity should reflect more on compensation without making it a competition within your own team/department to be recognized as excelling.
