My overall experience has been great. There have been multiple jobs in the past that I did not want to get out of bed for. For this job, I am more than happy to get out bed and start the day with a good mood knowing I get to come to a great job.

They make sure that extra training is always available.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The set hours that are provided. It is much easier to plan a work/life balance when there is a definite schedule to work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
The kindness of other employees. When I get thanked for doing what I do, or just the simple waves and "Have a good day."
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The friendliness. I have yet to see any type of negativity within the company. Even with rough days, the positive vibe is always there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The trust within the team. Meaning that the team knows when it is time to step up for another team member. If one of us is struggling, the rest of team sees to it that the support is there.
