I honestly love working at Paycom. There's a lot of room for growth and you truly get what you put into it. I love my team and my manager is fantastic. I definitely see myself staying here long-term.

I really enjoy getting company stock. my salary and the generous PTO we receive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I honestly love how supportive my manager and senior manager have been. Things in my personal life were very rough in 2025 and I couldn't have gotten through it without the support of my leaders. I was juggling a lot but their support allowed me to continue to thrive at Paycom.
