My team is very close and always willing to help each other, no questions asked. It is very rare to find a group of people who work well together to accomplish goals together as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team proactively informs me if my metrics are trending in the wrong direction so that I can start correcting them earlier which is very helpful for me! I rather know now than at the last minute.
