Paycom has challenged me to not only grow, but to push myself to the limit on what I am capable of. I never shy away from helping others or difficult tasks and this is something I developed here. I love the interactions I get to have, and I am always happy when I am able to help others succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our level of connection and care to work together. We treat each other with respect and like neighbors, caring to ensure we have a great dynamic to see a flourishing growth and success.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing others succeed and celebrating the little things. I think when I see others joy with their wins it brings me joy knowing that I was able to support and assist in that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that we can have fun while putting our best foot forward and see success. I think that everyone feels stress and a little gif usage in messages and just making others feel welcome has greatly helped build positive relationships across Tax and Service side.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance has been a blessing for me and my family. Having a young son who has autism, our insurance has allowed us to receive assistance through ABA therapy with little cost to us and we have seen him thrive because of it. I am very thankful to Paycom for this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the part that I enjoy the most from my management team is their level of connection they have with me. I don't feel a level of disconnect with I discuss issues with them and they always allow me to provide feedback and stay close to the work to ensure we are successful as a department.
