What makes you most happy at work?
Talking with my coworkers. They build each other up and want to make sure everyone is having a great day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical insurance. I am saving hundreds of dollars a month compared to the insurance I have had at previous jobs. This has really helped my well-being.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a friendly competitive environment. Everyone has their own KPIs and goals, but they are all trying to meet them together. There is no leaving someone behind just so you look better. It truly is a team effort.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My TL has been very involved in my training process and ensuring that I feel prepared to do my job. My manager was also there for my graduation and even evaluated my final assessment for training. I feel as though they truly care about my success here at Paycom.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team leaps at the opportunity to help me when I have a problem. I receive invites to shadow meetings, trainings, or anything related to my job. When I get a phone call I have messages from multiple teammates asking if I need support. They look out for me and want to see me succeed.
