Diversity.....my team is multicultural and each bring a unique view to approaching to their position .

Gender inequality. Comparable position by a male with 1 less report makes 30k more and gets incentives/bonus.

Professionalism - Keep personal dirty laundry at home- Anchor days are not a day to air it all.

My manager creates a can-do environment; there are no roadblocks preventing each of us from delivering the best possible results.
