I have had a great career with RX. When i joined, Exhibitions was a new industry. I have found the people and opportunity have been there for me when i've needed them. Mostly, the responsiveness to my needs at key times in my career.

I love launching new initiatives or products that give people at work more opportunity to learn and progress
What are some of the best things about your team?
We collaborate really well together on work but we also connect on a personal and emotional level, which is important when you work with people every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've found RX great for being able to run with new things. I have found generally you can follow through with ideas. I have also had the most amazing flexibility and support during personally challenging times as well as great encouragement when i've been ready for promotion /stretch
