I really enjoyed working at this company for a long portion of my tenure. Within the last 8-10 months it is obvious the company does not have any investment in the people who have stuck around and worked tirelessly to keep the business running through and post pandemic. Its disgraceful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there is very little that is positive, people are over worked and underpaid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team and the team in PH is wonderful, they work hard, are helpful and flexible, and go above and beyond the standard of work they need to.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
people are not compensated for the work they are doing and have been doing for extended periods of time. The goal post for promotions is constantly moved further and further out so it is never achievable. The company makes no honest effort to retain talented people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not being paid for the work I am doing in any sense of the word. The compensation is laughable and does not even come lost to industry standards for the job I am doing and have been fulfilling the responsibilities of for over a year.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to improve on pretty much everything. Most notably compensating people fairly for the work they are doing. This company is an absolute disgrace and exploits employees labor extensively. Compensation is not fair and it certainly does not reflect the level of value each worker adds to Co.
