Coworkers. The people I work with every day are the only reason to like this job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Senior leadership needs to actually listen to employee feedback, rather than just implementing whatever they want and then acting like they're doing us a favor. It's insulting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company should be focused on retaining good talent, not letting good talent leave and replacing them with someone who can do a mediocre job for a fraction of the cost.
