RX SIGNS PLEDGE FOR ‘NET ZERO CARBON EVENTS’ AS FOUNDING MEMBER
I started to work 9 years ago at the event, before RX buy the event. My experience has been amazing because I have had the opprtunity to meet new people and travel to other countries. Nowdays I have more strategies to offer to my clients and they have stopped to seen us as a just an event.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They care for us as a people and we are owners of our time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about people, but they don't separate the industries they have as a portfolio and see them as they are, different industries.
What makes you most happy at work?
Right now with home office, the day has more hours for me, I don't have to spend 4 hours at day in the middle of the traffic and I can do much more at home
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's all known that salaries are not the same for everyone and it's all known that new colleagues on the same position are best paid than old ones. That's demotivating but I'm stil love my show I'm part of!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I see as a my team to my Show Director and my marketing show coordinator and we have a wonderful relationship, we trust and help us each other, but now I have all my sales portfolio colleagues and we're getting started to see us as a team.
