I have been here for a while and I want to stay. I like my job, but recently I haven't been able to do my job because I am filling in for an open position and that takes most of my time. We have way too many priorities going on and should focus on just a few and do the them really well.

What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy helping my team meet/exceed their goals. I like solving problems and helping people be more efficient. I like finishing projects that I am working on.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Way too many priorities going on and whoever yells the loudest gets their priorities prioritized. I'm tired. I am tired of doing my job and filling in for another position that has yet to be filled and feeling that I am failing.
