We respectfully request an increase in our salary, benefits, and overall compensation package to better reflect our contributions, responsibilities, and the rising cost of living.

Compensation is kinda low with the kind of workload that we're doing. We hope that there should be an increase for the compensation that aligns with our workload.

Leaders in RX are all kind, always ready to listen, support, and uplift their teams. They lead with empathy, foster a culture of respect, and genuinely care about the growth and well-being of every individual.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Some of my coworkers could improve in areas such as proactive communication, time management, and ownership of tasks. At times, delays or misunderstandings stem from unclear updates or missed follow-through, which can affect team efficiency and morale.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

One of the most positive aspects of our company culture is the strong sense of collaboration and support. People genuinely want to help each other succeed, and that creates an environment where learning and growth are encouraged. There’s also a clear emphasis on recog

What makes me happiest at work is seeing the impact of collaboration and mentorship. I find real fulfillment in supporting my team, especially when I see newer members grow in confidence and capability. Helping others succeed and knowing I played a part in their development is incredibly rewarding.
