I started as a freelance, after 3 months I was hired indefinitely, in 2015 I got the position of Senior Designer and in 2017 the coordination of my area. Currently I manage a designers team in charge of 10 events in Mexico, and I maintain relationships with people from other business units (BR & UK)

Working with different people and finding favorable solutions for our internal and external customers

There is a good atmosphere, we are open to new ideas and we have fun in the process to achieve successful events.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That the communication is transparent, we know exactly where we are as a company and where we are going, but the best thing is that they care about us, about the people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For me the most important thing is the savings fund, the % that is deducted from our payroll is the same amount that the company invests every month. But there are other important benefits such as medical insurance (GMM), food vouchers and 10 days of vacation from the 1st year of work in the company
