it's been 4 yrs since I started with REPH and the environment is pretty great, management always listen to the employees and they do as much as they can to provide the best work/life balance.

We get along really well and our team leader make sure that we are comfortable with the team

doing my work everyday is a new challenge I'm not just a robot who is doing the same thing everyday,
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
as a father of two my current salary is a bit low due to inflation in our country, my current basic pay is barely enough for our monthly expenses

since we started working from home we requested additional allowance for electricity, it's been 2 years and nothing has been done. We would like to have an additional allowance for electricity consumption.
