I'm happy with the company I just hope they can look on making the incentive scheme better and removing some of the metrics which are not important in a sales account.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I learned a couple of things and achieved more than I expected because of my hard work. I can be productive working from home and in the office. Hope it doesn't come to working 5 days a week by next year because a lot of employees may re-evaluate staying in the company.

AC, that's it. When it comes to working more efficiently, I work more efficiently at home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I just hope they continue the WFH arrangement as we are even more productive at work. Proof would be my revenue. My goal for the whole year is only $103,000 but I was able to sell $740,000. that's 7 times my goal. If we will be working 5 days a week by next year.
