Be firm in implementing inclusion and diversity; Make sure that all supervisors are champions of it instead of cultivating problematic culture in teams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is really low for my position and I am not learning anything new. I will feel better if I my pay will be at par with the market.
