I feel very comfortable in the ISG Group. It's very international, fits my interests. I love spending time with international collegues and at shows.

I have been working for RX for 20 yer ain the ISG Group and I can't imagine a bettr place to work. Never boring, different industries, different kind of customers, international collegues, international team work, travel and fun.

Until now I have never been paid for extra working hours or extremely long days during exhibitions time / business travels

I think that the basic salary is not competitive comparing to the market standards . The bonus plan is fine because each of us s motivated to ercah the target and beyond . I think teh basis salary shodul be higher especiall yconsidering all teh extra hours spent at shows or in peak sales cycles
