What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leader doesn't seem to know how to distinguish right from wrong. I&D never exists in my country. Full of discrimination. Show the global a thing, show the local another thing. Superior individual performance is never rewarded where I work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I need a better leader. Communication, concise and consistent. If my boss has to beat workload overwhelm and get things done, he cannot support us well. Fairly treatment. No matter what industry or function, all successful leaders have 3 things in common- Authenticity, boldness, and humility.
