open & regular communication, face-to-face communication where allowed. They get involved helping out at the show !

everyone works towards the same goal: making our customers happy and having a great time at the show

I have taken on new tasks & responsibilities and hope this can be rewarded financially when the economic climate recovers
What makes you most happy at work?
my team and our daily meetings. Also, being able to provide IT support to my colleagues to solve their problems.
