good rapport (only about my direct leader). This doesn't apply to the rest of the leaders
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We should have a less bureaucratic internal process and a better leader who inspires the team. The high sales leadership doesn't care about the team and I'm not feel respected as a professional.
