They are action minded. We get stuff done and are efficient.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
work/life balance. working from home is amazingly efficient and having the option to go to the office is good also
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not currently paid market value; not even close to what others doing my job are paid at RX. Discussed with my manager and we will see
