The company is always trying to do the best it can so I appreciate that. Very happy with our experience but we still try to do to many things. The constant new initiative becomes just part of the background as there are to many. Lets be great at one thing first instead of mediocre in many.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued but comp has lagged for many years. The company is doing right by looking at comp so a path forward but the bad taste of years with it lagging is always going to be there.
