I like that we are a female dominant team and that, generally, RX has a better gender balance than all other divisions of RELX I have worked for

Having a clear understanding of how the work I do contributes to customer joy. Working with my manager and team, locally and internationally. The respect that we all afford each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical plan covers not just my wife and I but also my step-children to the age of 25 - it has been totally invaluable to get my step-daughter the help she needed to be diagnosed with a mental health disorder and start getting her the professional help she needed. The NHS would have taken years.
