So far, I'm loving it here. This job allows me to explore other things that are related to my niche. Everyday is a learning experience, especially about integrated marketing communications. I'm honestly looking forward to growing with the company and of course, hoping to get yearly salary increase.

My teammates are also approachable and very helpful whenever I need an extra hand.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As an introvert, I am given the opportunity to work at the comfort of my own self but also have the opportunity to mingle with other people whom I am comfortable with. I like the fact that we can join activities and earn PTO credits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was really expecting for the company to give me a certain amount of salary at the beginning of my employment. Didn't get it but it is a bit near. However, I don't want to miss the opportunity that's why I still went with the offer. I'm honestly looking forward to a reasonable salary increase soon.
What makes you most happy at work?
- The opportunity to be better at my craft - Meet new people (if I'm not in my introvert mode) - If in my introvert mode, the opportunity to be alone haha - Excited to use and maximize office features - The opportunity to go out, breathe fresh air, experience a new environment aside from our house
