They consider the employees well-being, and they give importance to work and life balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of us are open in helping each other and we consider everyone as a family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my team there are no issues but to others there some concern. There are some people who spread rumors and are extremely noisy. This team have been escalated several times.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We do appreciate the rice subsidy, but the incentives are a bit low also the salary. With all the inflation, we would really appreciate if the company would give us larger salary.
