not all employees are selected to report RTO 2x a month, wish to have twice a month Return to office for all employees and department,
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hired internally from Back office to Sales Staff II, expecting high salary increase from back office level 1 to Sales staff II but I'm disappointed with the salary increase that I had it's around 2.9k ONLY!
