even if we are working remotely we still connects

Retirement benefit, it nice that while working you know your saving up for your family and your future as well
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everything, they are sooooo connected to the people in such ways that not even me expected (take note they even know our names by heart)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we are now having less RTO which give us the ability to work comfortably at home and gives us the balance to see coworkers in a week to collaborate in person
What makes you most happy at work?
WFH set up, I don't need to travel to work, my co-worker they are like a 2nd family to me and my bosses (no kidding they inspire me, these people are awesome and it make me wanna work hard to reach what they have reached
