Overall experience is great compare to my previous work. I don't feel too anxious when logging in and I feel motivated and look forward to finishing my tasks each day. Although there are times that the job is draining, I think it's only part of an employee's life.

I think the team which I belong to right now (REPH and BU) - we are on the same "wavelength" and there's no bad blood with us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team synergy. They are always open to help you when you need it. I always feel comfortable working with them because they are not intimidating and are fun to be with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know the insight/pulse of their people and they act on it. They know what the employees need and make sure the attend to it. If they can't, they make sure to make the employees understand why.
