Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to inflation rate and we are already in a work at home set up. an internet allowance and an increase would help the burden of your employee. I believe that when we are compensated fairly, we can provide more great services towards our customers

I believe they should consider aligning salaries and removing the provincial rate. We perform the same tasks and maintain the same schedule. Even if it's a government mandate, RELX should start providing more for its employees. If they truly value their employees, they will consider this.
