people has all involved and want to work good despite some unskill person, generally fake managers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
at the beginning of the year former companies Reed MIDEM and Reed Exhibition France merge to become one new company RX France. The problem is ALL employee from Reed Exhibition France had a salary increase and NONE employee from Reed MIDEM had it. It's not fair as the inflation touched everyone !!
