Working at RX has been an incredible journey, I have been able to meet wonderful people that with all they know do fantastic things, I have seen how they are able to put together a show from scratch, from receiving a completely empty room, to having a venue full of people. RX is a phenomenal job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They've great ideas and ways to get to new places, they're inclusive and the include us in every new step ahead.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They invite you to excel and acquire new challenges, there is always something new to learn and they facilitate learning about other areas by promoting mobility.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very diverse, which means that we have many interesting points of view, in general we all get along very well, but there is a feeling of tension when the manager gets involved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since my manager left, I've covering two positions but with the lowest wage, i don't think that the things that I do shall be covered by only one person and if it's the only way to do it it definitively should be a higher salary.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me happy to come to fulfill my tasks and to be able to joke with my friends, I also like to know that some of my ideas are listened to and valued. I like to be included in projects in different areas and to be able to learn more about the activities of each one.
