They're always nice and understanding of the fact that I don't have any previous experience.

The proximity of managers and their understanding for any issue that might arise without judging o and blaming you
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I have a job that matters, where things end up in concrete events, which is very rewarding.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As an apprentice, I get paid a livable wage that's above the legal minimum, which allows me to not have to work on the side
