I have been here a long time and feel like we can get back to a motivated, positive work environment but especially the last year has been really challenging and at times hard to be hopeful. We are faced with more work, less resources, less flexibility within doing our jobs, less say within our work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Over the last years I found a great group oof people who actually keep me motivated
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that in comparison to some other colleagues who put in the bare minimum it is not fair, also having the workload of at least 1.5 people on one person.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
active listening following through on the things that have been brought to their attention in regards to employee satisfaction (if even with a clear statement that nothing will be changed because xyz)
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some co-workers are really great and motivated to get back to a positive work environment, most seem to not be interested in working as a team rather than silos or even against one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
When things actually work out for a change and I get to dos done and can see my team moving forward. Also onsite shows with colleagues I have know a long time and work well with.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like achievements so seeing our shows in person and seeing what I worked for so hard the entire year makes me proud of my work. And also there are some great collogues who I like to interact with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening and taking action based on what was told. in terms of employee satisfaction and employees needs to feel secure, understood and heard. Not always are there easy or even hard fixes, but it helps to feel heard and understood.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My direct team is great however there are a lot of collegaues bu wide that are simply doing the very least to get through the day. Which means others have to pick up the slack. If we would all try to see the big picture and work towards it, We would work equally
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Doing the job of multiple people in the time and payment for one is not something a company should tolerate. Thanks to the homeoffice, I do not have an overtime of at least 130h a year, but only because it is not documented. I make a lot of overtime, just not documented. That should be looked at
