Me gusta mucho la empresa, me gusta mi trabajo y el compromiso de las personas que trabajan aqui es muy alto y te empuja a se mejor siempre. Lo unico que creo que es muy bajo el sueldo en comparativa con el mercado.

personal and professional relationships I´ve made make me feel very comfortable, but sometimes I feel lost if my work is good because I don't see it reflected in my salary,I don't want to move to another area but they make me feel that this is the only way to increase my salary

everything, planning an event, going to set up, living the event, is what I love the most.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a great team, our different personalities complement each other and we have built trust between us. But I don't feel it with the new colleagues who joined us recently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
that was fair to the work we presented, it is unfair that the sales team does not reach their goals and operations have to lower the quality of event delivery to reach the event contribution percentage
