I am lucky to be good in the industry and enjoy working and learning from people. I would prefer a more creative aspect to my career coupled with events; have to wait and see. I am different to my team and see things differently; but I've learnt not to care; I've made a good impact.

Their courage to try new ideas and to recognize talents that can contribute to the company's growth.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with other teams, the small possibility that things can change for the better; new exciting work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Acknowledge when someone gives their all. I have been getting some great feedback; but big change promised has gone quiet. With the current economy it's not very easy to get ahead.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If you decide to learn other people from other teams; you'll get an idea how the company operates and you honestly fall in love with each show just because of the teams. Most are accepting and thrive on teaching someone so that the person can prosper.
