The company is employee friendly , we all work as a team to complete the given task also we gets training time to time from global team .Technically if we face issue , we have separate portal for it's resolution so it is the best place to work .

It is employee friendly, timely payment of salary ,time to time training and other employee encourage scheme lunch time to time

I have given a long service and managing my work very well also taking extra responsibilities so if I get a good compensation will my life better .

The company is employee friendly and we have flexibility of work culture and it can be done from home but within timeline and we all connect over teams for any issues .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As I have been working from past 6 years and did not get the compensation growth what I am expecting . I have now involved other activities support to sales ,tax and other team members and this will help to make me feel better .
