This is the first job that I went out and looked exactly for what I want to do. There is a lot of room for growth either through tuition reimbursement or extended projects on other teams. I got lucky that i align well with my manager but I can see others being frustrated with his approach
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My experience at the company has been great! There has yet to be a day where I dread going to work. The work life balance at RX is one of the best aspects of the job. While we get to work hybrid, I believe leadership understands that work gets done and that just goes into overdrive during a show.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being busy and having the time go by fast.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Easy access to them. Often, they voice their concerns clearly

The traveling and friends you make while you are out there.

Traveling to different shows and learning about what makes each show unique

I would like to get paid more for the work we do.

Currently, working two separate jobs. At times it is fine, other times it is overwhelming.

The leadership that you work with day-to-day is approachable and they do not stick to themselves.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If you work hard leading up to your event AND at the event, the time after can be a good time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am a one man team but during show days, I get to work with a variety of people and we can catch up.
