i think RX is a good place to be - overall it has gone up and down over the years and i think we are in a fairly good place. I do think the overall pay structure and lack of affordable healthcare are big challenges that senior management needs to think harder on -

the people the attitude and the willingness to be successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
good people create good environment - unfortunately there are some Foks who don't fit this
What makes you most happy at work?
everything - i love what we do and the way we do it overall i do believe this is a great place - some countries and offices however need some adjustments to the people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we are far bellow the norm it shows very clearly in WD - the company is extremely profitable again so they should re baseline all the folks especially those that have been with the company for a longtime.
